According to me before launching of anything people usually avoid asking of basic questions as to what is the organisation all about?what does it stand for?how is it different from competitors?to launch a new survey one must answer all this question being in dubai myself what i have observed is freshers from other countires dont get chance to showcase their skills until and unless they dont have uae experience with them so there is one advantage for company as competitor is not hiring fresher to hire fresher on low slary along with experience people and provide them with in house training because i believe in balance if everyone is experience it will cause an ego clash if everyone is fresher it will cause over competetive work enviornment so therefore any organisation with proper level of managment and work enviornment can good results and last but not least dealing with good recruitment agencies as to provide with good employees
Give salary on contract basis to the employees.Their output and willingness to earn money will increase automatically.
Divide the employees into two or three groups competing for the same goal.it will create a competitive atmosphere within the company and hence output will increase
