Good evening. In my opinion it is mandatory if you really want to be recognised as a valid and important part of a company's success. So, if you need to improve that particular ability, you better do it. Organisation is half the way to be and feel respected, recognised and heard.

in your question you are talking about two different things that are similer and a lot of people get them confused. Organizing Vs. Prioritizing. And by "them" I'm assuming you mean Goals or tasks.
Organizing helps you put everything into a structure that helps you get your work done more effeciently, while on the other hand, Prioritizing, is when you determine which task needs to be done before the other.
So, basically, these two go hand-in-hand to help you reach your goals or finish your tasks successfully and on time if not earlier. (depends on how good you are at organizing and prioritizing).
