Teacher is the general term for someone whose job it is to teach a subject or an art. eg English Teacher.
An Instructor teaches how to learn a particular skill or sport.eg Driving Instructor, Tennis Instructor.
A trainer trains people for a particular job or profession or in certain varieties of sport. eg Personal Fitness Trainer.
A coach is someone who trains individual players or a team. eg Roy Hodgson is the coach of the English National Football Team. Roger Federer has his own personal Tennis Coach.
We can deduce from this that the most pronounced similarities are between Teacher and Instructor and between Coach and Trainer although in both cases there are subtle differences.

In fact, these terms altogether refer to a person aiming to help knowledge seekers to get information or acquire a skill. A teacher provides knowledge while a trainer shows people how to do things perfectly and administer their performance. An instructor is more authoratative while a coach is more of a guide.

Differences:
Teacher: They teach us from text books. He just memorize text, questions and related answer and he following and repeating every year the same pattern just changing cloths, shave, hair style and shoes during his job period at institution.
Trainer: He knows few exercises which he repeating every day on his groups from beginning to end from easy to tough. On the field he is caring to be followed by everyone same as he doing.
Instructor: The guidelines which is given to a person from the head of the department to apply on his group and he will not move from those instruction because he is just instructor having no power to create new or amendment .
Coach: Attached to different playing teams to prepare his teams to fight with the opponents with brave heart and win the match to bring pride for his personality. His life successful tactics application is his main aim he doesn’t want to repeat his own mistakes on his own groups.
Similarities:
All are human, they have knowledge and experience Theoretically and practically, they are bound up to certain limits, they have rules and all of them costing money for their work , no one doing his job free of cost, they love to see their groups improvement and during failure of groups all become sad and worry. The practical performance record effects their future existing in organization. All of them struggle for achievements and salary improvement.

So, a teacher is just the one who taught you English or Arabic or math.
A trainer is the one who practically train the teachers to be teachers. Thus training would involve both theory and practice issues related to the subject.
Instructor is the person who follows up teachers job and support both his achievements and his challenges which he face along his teaching experience.
A Coach is the person whom takes the feedback which came from the instructor and tailors very specific programs that include very details training of workshops for that teacher in order to develop his/her skills and abilities.
