Would that be analytical thinking , concern for quality while selecting people or talent for developing people?

I am not a HR person however would like to share something which might be fruitfull. I would say put all that three qualities in a juicer and shake them and you will get what you need. I believe that if a employee should be having35% of Analytical thinking,60% quality concerned the remaining part of talent would come itself because if a person has these two qualities main then he word would evolve not develop.
