Was there ever a time where you thought that the question raised to you by an interviewer was wrong and you were forced to answer it? This happens all the time in interviews where you are asked irrelevant questions or too-personal questions. Comments and Opinions are welcome.
It was a technique I often employed as a military instructor "answer a question with a question"! For example a student might say to me: "Where can I find diagrams for the floor loading limitations of the C130 aeroplane?" My answer would simply be "you tell me where to find them" followed by "then go and find them and come back to me with the correct answer". It makes them think for themselves and of course if they do get stuck you give them some clues and if they don't work, you eventually let them know.
GOOD GOOD.
