Is the Finance Manager responsible for all contracts issued for external parties that your company dealing with ?

.             In fact, the main responsibility on Financial Manager is reviewing the financial issues in any contract, as he will be responsible for it.

However,  there is a strong relationship between financial and legal issues in any contract.. that it is useful to let the financial manager increase his skills and his knowledge by getting involved through legal issue like, system of payment. By checks .. dealing with banks .. financial transaction through outside the country..etc..

well , i don't think so , it's wise to be just responsible for the financial side , because he or she would probably be not knowledgeable in other contract issues.
