Is EOSB should process through WPS ?

Yes, MOL has been receiving Complaints, typically relate to employment issues and disagreements about payments e.g. salary, EOSB, annual leave, sick leave, maternity. If an employee has been properly managed from the beginning and a company has been rigorous in it’s processes this should seldom occur. If it does, they need to react quickly to reach a solution prior to going to court and should have an SOP in place.
