How will you answer this question "You seem over qualified for this job, can you tell me why you are interested?"

Firstly - I need a job, bottom line, first and foremost!

Secondly - It's a field in which I am interested.

Thirdly - I am prepared to start at the bottom and in time you might recognise my true worth and see fit to employ me in a postion more suited to my qualifications.

Finally - I would always be grateful to your company for giving me an opportunity and would work hard to justify your decision to employ me regardless of whether the placement turned out to be temporary or permanent.

There are various reasons:

1. Company growth and business specialization.

2. Break in career and candidate wants to get back to the industry.

3. Candidate wants to make career in that company or skill which is required in that company.

There r many reasons for this, the most important & real one is the company itself ! u  want to start a Successful career in a great, reputed, leading company, for this u scrifies something to get a place in a company or the industry that u want. 

LOL the story of my life! If I had a nickel for every time I heard that I probably wouldn't be in need of a job by now.

I won't care if I'm over qualified.I love meeting new people and learning new things. 

There are so many reasons why;

- the reputation of the organization joined , the career pathes it provides, learning opportunities for its people in the field, and the exprience of its system and procedures.

-after a career pause to whatrever reason (maternity, studies, etc.)
