In my opinion, poor customer service and lack of innovation are the major problems customers are facing and struggling to solve. Furthermore, this is also a reason that customers don't remain loyal to a specific product / company.

DELAY: It takes too long to resolve an issue.
BROKEN PROMISES: Promises that aren’t kept (over promising, under delivering).
ATTITUDE: Being treated rudely or with suspicion.
MONOPOLY: Being transferred over and over from person to person.
UNHELPFUL: Finding the FAQ (and support center information) unhelpful, incomplete, or outdated.

I would just like to add that for the technical help desk which is a type of call center servicing a wrong , faulty or abused product is the main function. Information about how to use the product was the main call driver for win8.1 as many elderly cusomers still have problems with computers running on that OS.

To return or exchange such a low quality product. Falls advertisements is always an issue specially online.
Since the client or customer satisfaction is a top priority institutions must find solutions that ensure customer satisfaction and solve their problems in the best possible image. Influence and authority granted to employees means giving the employee the authority that comes out of the scope of his usual customer problem to face to face ensures resolved without necessarily refer to the manager or the person responsible for him in the organization structure
If the customer has the right equipment chosen or if he/she has different needs ... than keeping the order in the budget ... and delivery time....
All of these items need to be advised on and the customer should have the feeling he/she purchased the right equipment for the right price and delivery will be made in time ...
