When you construct new pipeline in big city you must be cautious and try not to broke any old pipe line.
if something like that happen to you you will face many challenges 1- Ensure the safety of excavation to avoid the collapse of the soil 2- use any pump to dry wastewater in the excavation 3- finish your work as fast as you can
