Very complicated for my own taste.
I rather prefer something like "the art of making easy which is difficult, and do not to convert into difficult, what is easy" , but you can find zillions of meaningless,( or meaningful , that depends on you), phrases like these, in internet every day.
Good management is all about to keep on going the business saga by handling all the problems
