YESSSSSSSS........ when i was working at an entry level job & even at lower management level, i sometimes succeeded to "Sell" my ideas to them & sometimes gets rejected......... As the time goes and i gets more experienced, i learn that i need to avaoid being a know-it-all.
I learn to build a good relationship with my co-workers...... and its VITAL.
I mostly needed the key influencers who supports my idea but on the other hand, i had to be very clear and determined otherwise, the other participants kills my idea. FOr that i needed to work on my idea i a way that it turns into a reality when i present it.
BUt after all these efforts, if it doesn't works......... I accepts the defeat until i get another idea......
It is a comon thing ,every personals who are at top position in companies they provide idea and they are paid for that ,

A Middle level manger achived a top position in a company becuase of his idea given to the company and after that he become a keen one for that company
Respective the same I’m always seeking support & healthy relation with them.

yes but it depends on its relevancy to the planed activities. some times when your idea is not taken doesn't mean its fake but it may not be applicable or not ,managed so some times it depends on many factors.
All depends on how prepared, presentation skills are and have. Because my coworkers knows some part of me and my packaging, presentations capabilities, they always buy it because they know I study, research and always confident even if they will come back to challenge the subject isue.
