Totally true. but what is more important than all this is " motivation'. If a person is not motivated his talent will die with time. At work even talented people with all the above mentioned skills, knowledge...need motivation. If we work with a bad ignorant manager, we will try to forget our talent because it becomes a curse and we feel less motivated to express our skills or knowledge or expertise.

first of all each one of us is talented sometimes we doesn't know that and if we discover our talent than it comes knowledge, skills, intelligence end experience because the talent is considered of what we have in our sool and if we want to proove it than we should practice for it

If I will be philosophical, my answer will be TRUE, but if I am going to be technical about this, then my answer will be FALSE.

Talent is synonymous to Aptitude, and Aptitude is the competency of doing specific work at a specific level, either physically or mentally. Talent can be innate or made. Not all of those four factors listed above are needed to have a talent. Talent in terms of the corporate world would actually require all four factors, but the talent in terms of other activities like sports, art, music, and in other terms "being good at something" is mostly revolving around the skill. Example, you can become a talented sports player if you  only have the skills, even without the experience and the intelligence, or a mathematical genius that has the intelligence but not the physical skills. Skills, Intelligence, Knowledge, and Experience are very broad and might have different interpretations in relation to talent.

knowledge makes you intelligent and skills give you experiennce of doing something. A person can only be named talented if he can work like an expertise with no experience. Therefore, experience is not essential to be called talented.

I do not like to put it that war. Talent is the high performer employee with potential to take over a more senior role either immediate or within a time frame. In order to become a potential, employee needs to have certain competencies or KSAs (knowledge, skills and agility).
