Managing time is managing life.
To manage our time we need to know:
1- Our objectives (life - family - work)
2- determine the degree of importance according to the consequences of each event
3- Order our objectives according to the consequences
4- Make action plan
5- Execute according to the plan
There is an abundance of advice to help us manage time. Every week new lists, suggestions and formulae appear in books and all over the internet. Here we offer some advice based on older prose. Hopefully this will inspire you to think again about the importance of time management and ensure you invest your time in valuable activities.
What value do you place on your time? What are you going to do with all this free time you’ll be creating? Freeing time is crucial, time to focus on results and worthwhile work. The real importance of time management though, is that it frees you to do more of what you want to do. How might you use some of that freed up time? Here are some wonderfully expressed suggestions from an old Irish text:
“Take the time to work, for it is the price of success.
Take the time to think, it is the source of strength.
Take the time to play, it is the secret of youth.
Take the time to read, it is the seed of wisdom.
Take the time to be friendly, for it brings happiness.
Take the time to dream, for it will carry you to the stars.
Take the time to love, it is the joy of life.
Take the time to be content, it is the music of the soul.”
So take the time to assess the importance of time management in your life. Plan to regularly do things in each of these eight areas. At work and in your own time, take the time
time is most important our life so we spend our time usefull such as we do our best in our jops, we spend our free time in online jops and etc. iam a student so i spend my most time in studies and my free time is use full for my online jop search
Chances are good that, at some time in your life, you've taken a time management class, read about it in books, and tried to use an electronic or paper-based day planner to organize, prioritize and schedule your day.
Definately, Time management is a tool to achieve the performance of employees. We can priority of our work as:
1. Most important.
2. Medium improtant.
3 Less important.
Time Management is very essential & very important too for everyone looking deeply for the real success.
Agreed with both answers given by Mr.: Krishna & sure Mr.: Qasim too
AGREED WITH MR.KRISHNA & QASIM,,,, NO NEED TO ADD ANY THING,,, GOOD DAY
1-Create a daily plan. Plan my day before it unfolds.I do it in the morning
2-Peg a time limit to each task . This prevents my work from dragging on and eating into time reserved for other activities.
3-Use a calendar. Having a calendar is the most fundamental step to managing my daily activities
4-Use an organizer.
5-Know my deadlines and when should I finish my tasks
I manage my time on work priority basis, focusing on where it pays back most and/or where there is a mandate from somewhere to be doing so and so I would also recommend using an (( importance vs urgency )) matrix to assess what you have to do and give it the right priority (your attention and your time/effort) based on this importance/urgency assessment
