Are you in favor with death penalty and do you think it's humane?

death penalty is good for crimes like mentioned above like genocide, murders and rape, but it cannot be implemented if the system is unreliable. There are lots of people accused of crimes they didn't commit and even convicted by death which made death penalty became a way for corrupt and gang-lords-politicians and even politicians with connection to reign and stronger. death penalty is good if the gov't implements it well or properly and those who really committed the crime/s will be incarcerated or convicted despite of their power, connections or wealth.

Death penalty is banned all over the world since  last era ,  except  in some countries where this sentence is illicitly applicable . I believe such decision is justified because , it not only  a question of impiety but it is not a  punishment in reality . The meaning of punishment in reality is to apply some sanctions on the person in order for him to not repeat the same trouble/ or subject of trial  . Although this is absurd comparing to similar sentence of  perpetuity in jail . Both of them cannot give a chance  of forgiveness to  certain guiltys. I believe this should be kept to jurisdiction ,and  for the judge evaluate on  on case by case , for certain criminals of high records cannot be kept alive . Even for long term jail it is not a good solution. I came to know that in Sweden , facing bad situations in jail , unhealthy environment start to require euthanasia to make end of their life .

After thousands of years of application of death penatly in different countries, the result was negative. The level of crime is increasing, the methods used to kill people are getting more and more. Let us look back at the twentieth century and see the amount of people murdered and the genocides that took place. There are millions of solutions better than death penalty to solve and reduce the level of crime in the society. Each country must study the reasons behind commitment of crimes. Are they social, economic, mental, cultural. So bottom line i am against death penalty since it showed no effect on reducing and minimizing the level of crime in the world.
