very important.. as implementation should be planned properly to deliver what's expected out of it within a reasonable timeframe that is not too long that original requirements would become obsolete and outdated or too short that it barely delivers any added value that stakeholders will not see the effect of such an implementation and might cause the rejection of future projects.
