This is very good question , I can consider HACCP system equal to Pareto principal (80/20 rule), where roughly80% of the effect come from20% of the causes , The same for HACCP the most of nonconformity (let us say roughly80%) come from not following CCPs in a good way ( let us say also CCPs are around20% of the total processes ) , and while we consider80/20 or HACCP a lifestyle (This mean that : when you start to analyze and breakdown your life into elements it is very easy to see HACCP system all over the place – to avoiding wasting time on those (not CCPs – not added values) activities that produce little satisfaction for you, only you will focused on20% (CCPs), which will make you satisfied with of your all life.

HACCP system is important in our life and in food industry beacause it helps to identify risks and to predict solution for each risk and to provide control tools all this before we are in the problem so this is a plan we follow when we find any problem or any noncompliance this system is really usefull it allows us to react very fast and then we don't lose our product
