How well do you treat and take care of your internal customers?

Coming from a Service Oriented Field, my number one job is to take care of the different departments within the organization. An entire organization can not succeed without each department, like wise each department cant succeed without the other departments. We have to remember that we all have the same goal and responsibility to the customer and each other to provide the best customer service!
