How much effectively a professional " IT Sales " domain expert guy can perform the Sales action in " FMCG/ Non -IT Sector" ??

well I believe a talented Sales Professional can sell anything and everything but to go from Technical to Non-Technical is easier that going from Non-Technical to Technical so in this case going from Technical to Non-Technical I think it will not be a big challenge however everything requires efforts for sure. 

Depends on the candidate itself, I was from NON IT and now working in IT.

The basic principals of marketing and sales are same every where up to90 % only10 % variation is there in terms to the domains of industry, which can be done as per the ability of candidate.
