What is the difference between product and project life cycle easier in your opinion, manage projects or manage operations ?

First determined goods type and managing for this goods that will deliver as follow up instruction

1-packing quality 2- vehicles proper 3- delivery and delivery way 4- labors load and offload for this merchandise high trainning 5- set up the platform proper to offload this goods . 

I worked for 6 month a manger for  warehouse cement 

Product life cycle is the cycle used to develop the product only but project life cycle is the Product plus the management work needed to deliver the Project
