If you are talking about20 yrs. back, yes, but now no, the Finance & accounting filed are fully in many organisation is been done by women, yes we are facing difficulty to rich the CFO, as the appointed been done by men, and still they have propensity not led by women,
I don't agree I know many female who are best accountants..
Because Account work is very tough and required time. female are mostly try to go with their time table means reached to home on time. Account work you do not close before tally.
I don't think that has to do with the factor that Math aren't been liked by women, because accounting is something different than Mathematics. I assume it has to do because it's a very structured work process with the least contribution of factors like creativity and imagination. But I agree with Mrs Al Harthy that today many women work in this field but they're not moving to managerial jobs so easily! The reason is known!
