What are the most important factors in BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT?

In my opinion the most important factors in BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT depend on the level 1- To have a vision ( for leaders only )2- To have the knowhow to translate the vision into a strategy ( for Strategic management specialists ) 3- To  have the ability to translate the strategy into a plan and the have the ability to recover this plan ( for planners ) There are a few key persons who have the ability to communicate effectively within the above levels those are the key persons or the team players and the talent they have is unique and this is the most powerful issue in BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT because it is the practical connection which could allow all to interact smoothly.
