We all deal with different and sometimes difficult personalities at work. But what do you do if the personality in sales department is a bully?

No matter which department whether sales or administration, improper behavior is unacceptable. Supervisors need to identify such people, and work with them to correct their behaviors and convey the message that such behaviors may stop the person from being promoted, or will impact their performance appraisals..
