What do you think about Google Targeting Sites Using Private Blog Networks With Manual Action Ranking Penalties?

PBNs (Private Blogging Network) has been utilized by sneakily by bloggers to get that all important backlink factor in their favor. 

It is not that easy to get backlink from quality sites. So what is the next best thing? Create your own set or network of quality sites and link them cleverly to one another.

But this meant the genuine sites were being sidelined and the whole purpose of quality backlinks being neutral and earned deservingly is defeated. 

So it is good to see that Google has taken initiatives to tackle such sneaky methods.
