Error in Windows 7 during login.The User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded. How to solved this problem?

Insert the windows7 cd and repair or reload the backup avail on ur laptop.

Firstly We have reboot the system. And suggest the user to try to login with different machine. If its not done the we have reset user profile from the server.

Have to reboot the server,  login using local administartor login credentials and re-add it to Domain.
