The customer is key in business,if you cant satisfy your employer who gave you an opportunity by doing your best then you can not satisfy those you see newly everyday. they say charity begins from home.in this case the employer is the customer because he too needs satisfaction which is to see you the employee put in your best.it should be noted that what customers want is satisfaction and when they can not get this they turn to leave never to return
