How do you motivate your team and build their confidence without appearing like you are spoon feeding them?

The best way to motivate the team is to appreciate they work,to interact with them  ,as a recognition of good work give them more responsibilty and rewards.Communicate with them and inform about goals which company is aiming and how big impact they have to the business.Have a good fun with your team.Supply appropriate tools and training to fulfil their tasks.
