How could you practice the courses you take if you work a full time job and do not have enough time to be trained by an engineering office or company?

You should find a job that can give to some time to get technical knowledge of you engineering field. Think of it as sacrificing smaller good for a greater advantage.

There is no such a thing like - NO TIME.
