The management has to take steps in developing individuals in the following attributes:1. Harmonisation: Individuals should feel easy with each other. Every person should be approachable. If one junior find a problem at a certain stage he should go and engage one of his seniors and he should help him out.2. Loyalty: All staff members should be proud of belonging to this organization. This is one quality that brings people together because they have a sense of ownership.3. Reward culture: If an individual has done something excellent, however insignificant it may be, recognise it and if possible reward it suitably. On the other hand if a mistake has been carried out either inadvertently or due to lack of knowledge then do not punish him/her. Provide guidance and counselling. There should be a culture of "No punishment" but counselling and warning only.4. Adequate Compensation: Individuals should be paid at par, no favour to one person. No one should feel inadequately compensated while delivering the same kind of work.5. Targets: Keep the work pressure all the time. Fix targets and monitor them. Advent a suitable reward system for over fulfilment. Salary deduction for under performance. But no undue deduction if the individual is not at fault.

Turning individuals into a team is a challenging task. Up to my understanding, you can do it through following steps1. Manager should give freedom to every individual to express their opinions on a matter.2. Manager should discuss issues with all the members of the respective department.3. Arrange counseling to raise the importance of work as team.4. Should award certificates of performance or cash rewards to members of the team on accomplishment of tasks.5. Inculcate in the mind of individuals that team performance has more weight than individuals.6. Realize them that a company is itself a team/group which is formed to achieve set goals and objectives
Selection

Training

Rewards
