Toyota Production System (TPS)
Is one of the factory lane system in the world, found by Kiichiro Toyoda.
The Goal for this system is providing efficient production system, as well it can increasing and strengthen the production itself.
Previously in this Lane production system, recognize "Kanban" or we can call it just in time system.
In the other word, production do not need too many space for inventory, too many part production and it can reduce cost and increasing efficiency at factory.
