While working on one of my project a very tough lesson I learned was “Not to blindly trust the resource working on the Project, even if the resource is a senior and highly experienced one”. Blindly trusting a resource can bring a disaster to a project. What other Lesson Learned can you share for the benefits of others.</span></p>
