The daily briefing is importance to know activities are going on in order or you/staff have faced with some problem and obstacle.
Then is more easy to fix it or to make effort for improvement. Maybe during the day some easy things you will not remember, but in the night or next day you will have idea what you should do, because you already have made report. After short period this daily briefing becomes usual and normal thing to do, like a habit when you say "good morning". Daily briefing is better then weekly if you have lot of activities.

Importance of briefing is very high. even the small companies face the challenge of communication. in every organization where they dont have the proper communication channel, you will find people asking for better communication and mode of communication.
for every organization. manufacturing or service to achieve the target result everyone need to know the progress/status of work. This leads to better motivation and sense of responsibility in employees. Briefing could be daily or weekly depends upon the type of work and urgency. mostly in production units i feel daily briefing is required.
Daily briefing is needed for improving the work , and to achieve targets and goals , many issues comes up during the work time ( positive and negative ) , so to take advantage and to keep the work smooth and to have better communication channel must have daily briefing .
Briefing or reporting is very important which is daily or weekly , but Daily briefing would be great for yourself and For your senior . By briefing , you always have interaction with seniors so in that manner you always learn things by doing so . Seniors will always have idea what are you working on , that will be like your report and seniors will always have look at it for future growth , By briefing you can learn technically ways of growing towards the career.
She gives a good impression to the customer and that he felt that we take care that it is important for our client is comfortable and that it should be weekly until the client does not feel bored.
