Do you think that salaries will ever be confidential (in reality) or people always talk and it can never be hidden?

Salary information must be confidential to the employee because it creates dissatisfaction to the employees who were not reaching their expectation. If anyone dissatisfies, he or she talk with other staff and waste a valuable office time. For that reasons, I think it should be confidential and share with limited areas.

In my point of view initial career, accept the company policy and patiently wait for salary,do my best work.,
