In my opinion, yes it matters

From my experience employers prefer younger females no matter the qualification and experience, do you agree???

It depends on nature of work; there are different requirements for different kind of works. For example in civil engineering field if an engineer has to visit remote areas every day so for that a young engineer is preferable and work relates to designing section so for that experience counted more. In addition to this, on reception table of a big hotel a young and beautiful lady is most preferable and not much experience is required.
We can't ignore reality. Like a magnet opposite axis attracts each other. This is Just same for male and female. If the post is for a female candidate then apart from relevant qualification her age and shape plays significant role for her selection. But if the vacancy is of such nature where gender is no specified then the company will seek a competent person even aged lady.
yes
If it's for me I'd go with the experienced and qualified ones
Straight answer : NO, age and shape don't matter more than the qualifications and experiences that the employee holds . for example Stephen hawking is an English theoretical physicist, cosmologist, author and Director of Research at the Centre for Theoretical Cosmology within the University of Cambridge.Among his significant scientific works have been a collaboration with Roger Penrose on gravitational singularity theorems in the framework of general relativity, and the theoretical prediction that black holes emit radiation, often called Hawking radiation . he has achieved all this even though he's totally paralyzed and communicates through a speech-generating device.
Thats a myth. According to a research people who are unattractive may actually earn more than their more attractive peers. The research is based on a 13 years long study based on 20745 respondents.

Yes i do believe that. Reason being there are some jobs that you can allocate an elderly or even middle aged woman and you realize there is no positive gain to the company. example in a casino you employ a middle aged woman to sell bingo cards, Trust me not many customers will purchase the cards. But try a young female and you will realize sales shooting almost100%.Why?The buyer wants to be enticed , and so the minute he comes across a young lady ,good-looking,with a friendly smile, trust me he will end up buying the bingo cards even if he had not planned for it.
It is not a matter for the companies that follow ethical values, equal opportunity, maintaining anti-racism etc., But in reality, this is not followed.
