In a transporting company, despite all other regular accounting procedures, an accountant should follow:

1. The confidentiality of the documents relating to customer very strictly

2. The documents relating to the consignment should be well protected, which are given as attachments and ensure verification of endorsements, as regular and in order.

3.No part of the secrecy of the business relating to the customer should not be allowed to be disclosed to external parties under any circumstances.
