This is totally based on the nature of opening. If we have most senior slots then we don’t publicized it over social media and we use traditional methods like anonymous print media ad or head hunters. Well, yes, when it comes to managerial level or junior level then I prefer to have social media as it is cost effective, fast pace and viral impact which is not possible in classic approach. I do use the university linkage pregame which is very cost effective and employer branding is plus point in it. So it’s all depend on position and our strategy. Rest there could be other ways also. Both bkaz some people are poor so they can't have access to internet but can get a copy of ad from a friend and hence can apply in our company. This allows us to find a talented person at large.

Of course, modern technology does not depend on a particular type of employment because the presence of the functions need to use more than one way to attract staff through the Internet, a friend or agent .... etc.
