From personal experience Customer service is to know what customer wants ,To feel yourself as if in his position his problem is yours his question is also yours because keeping customer is more hard than getting new customer.
By making a customer delighted rather than just SATISFIED. A customer just satisfied is a fewnce sitter and could turn to a DETRACTOR. But a delighted customer would be a promoter of the brand.
Smile to the customer, listen carefully what customer want and deliver what is being demanded by client, and of course don't forget to tell customer if you have any other product or service related to the customer. you may earn some extra money from it. Finally a warm good bye and invite to come again.
It is very simple: imagine you are the customer, what will you expect? What makes you feel respected and well served? What makes you become satisfied?
