3yrs Unlimited contract and 1.5 years with limited contract do you think he will get EOSB?

to bay EOSB you need to know the reason if it's resignation or termenation and also all of this under labor law roll

Yes he will get the EOSB.

As per the UAE ministry of Labour rule if an employee work one year or more than one year his company is liable to pay EOSB. Calculation of EOSB mainly can be classified in to two categories.

1. An employee worked less than Five year :-

EOSB = (Basic salary/30)*1.75*Period

that means21 days of basic salary for one year.

2.An employee worked more than five year:-

EOSB = (Basic salary/30)*2.50*Period

that means30 days salary for each year.
