For corporate professionals baytlinkedin, rozee.pk, monstergulf etc are good sources, but for lower staff like security guards, waiters, drivers, cook, counter sales staff, life operators etc you need to approach labor contractor or newspapers.

Personally I would go with advertising in Job portals (including Bayt and Linkedin). These days newspaper is an outdated option, I believe.
