1. Patient- Every Customer Service Professional should be Patient because you will face A LOT of customers everyday and they differ from each other. Some might irritate you, so you need a lot of patience.

 

2. Good Communicator- You need to be able to listen and talk effectively so you will communicate with your customers properly.

 

3. Multi-tasking Professional- Sometimes being a customer service professional can demand more from you. So you should be able to do more than one task a time.

 

4. Positive- You always need to be positive so that you can deliver positive outcome every time you interact with a customer.
