Have Conviction.

Believe in your dreams.

Have Courage.

Be with the team and motivate everyone.

1. Keep learning, 

2. Read about the inspiration leaders Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), Gandhi, Mandela and develop leadship skills

3. Never ever lose self-confidence,

4. Always do right things, have a motivation to do better and better

5. Be a good communicator, motivator, develop skills to influence others, and set examples to others.
