The famous line "Children are the future" answers the question simply.
All students are the future working people, parents, colleagues, independent citizens, etc.
When we are able to change their attitude towards anything we make a life change in them.
This life change will affect everything and anything they do in their futures.
It will affect their partners, friends, colleagues, and children.
Teachers shouldn't just teach, they should also help mold.

The working relationship of the teachers to their students is amazing. It is in the control of a teacher to become a role model for his students by dedication and hard work. Majority of the students quickly get inspired by their teacher. A dedicated and hard working teacher can motivate his students to excell in a field by councelling. This  phenomenon is indeed educating. It differs from the phenomenon in which the teacher confine his activity up to only teaching a particular subject that is known as teaching.

Soft skills are very important in IT. A lot of people ignore them, don't study and don't apply themselves to make progress in that area and then they wonder why they don't advance in the company.In my opinion you can't be a good developer without well developed soft skills. Developers need to work well with other people in agile teams, they need to know how to properly sell their ideas and sell themselves if they are looking for work.I suggest you spend% of your study time reading technical books and the other% reading about soft skills - and try to apply them on a daily basis. It's a shortcut to great things in life!

Students are our future. As a result, changing attitude of student means bringing a change to our future world.

All the teachers are the best assessor of the mind. Most of the brain functions effectively in the negative way, so its required to study them and motivate to do the positive in the same way that "the way their brain wants to do" by keeping cautions and measures. If we turn their negative way into positive then it will be far better than the a good student. For example; if one student is very active in social media then use the social media to educate. 

When a student will start to follow the same path then he will definitely bring some changes to the world which may or may not be noticed but when many negative brains will follow definitely the world will change.
