COMMON SENSE IS NOT VERY COMMON, SO HAVING THIS SENSE AMONG  PEOPLE WHO D,NT HAVE IT,,,, IS A PROBLEM................. GOOD DAY

I always use, express and execute my common sense within the team and working alone. Woth no common sense I'd have gone a bit awry long time ago

Common sense depends on not over-complicating the situation, applying experience and general knowledge to the situation (sound and prudent judgment), and implicit in this is self-trust that your considered experience is valid for future situations.

 

 

Applying materiality concept is the fastest & easier way to apply common sense, furthermore facing board & stake holders  requirements needs a very high common sense in terms of time & service excellence.

A decision maker, who takes the risk to take decisions wisely, is always a person with common sense. I've taken several decisions on my own, at the various organizations that I've worked for and been appreciated for the same.
