The more you grow, the more you need to be careful because all your movements, be it hands, arms, eyes produce signals and a leader must know how to use them
Before you Utter a single word, your looks your gestures do the work for you, they almost give the vague idea to some one that what kind of a person you are, And as a leader it is understood that your body language is as important as your words in leading your team.
Simply i just want to put an example how important generally body language is, When you appear for any interview, the first thing that the person their to examine you, will notice your body language, that How you enter the room, how you do your greetings, how you take your Chair, and even how you sit on it, whether you are nervous or confident, so before you even say a word he already had assumed about your personality by your body language.
