Your primary source is always going to be electrical.  The best way to mitigate this risk is to only use single power strip surge protectors and never plug multiple surge protectors or power strips into each other.  Outside of that make sure that employees are only smoking in designated areas with a place to dispose of filters and still burning cigarettes.
