Most recruitment officer doesn't have time to read CV's guess due to the volume of applications they received, they usually priority applicants recommended by their internal employees.
Please tell me who got Job even if paid member ????????? Its all about your abilities and even more the skills required by the industry.
i think as you said non paid members dont even appear to the employers , as i ve been applying for more than200 job through bayt but i didnt even get1 phone call to make an interview
how many of you have experienced the same????
