How would you distinguish between 'confidence manager' and 'arrogant manager'?

WELL ITS LIKE SEA & RIVER............... CONFIDENT MANAGERS ARE LIKE SEA,,, COOL & CALM FROM SURFACE  BUT LOT OF ACTIVITIES UNDER THE SURFACE ,,,,,,,, ARROGANT ARE LIKE RIVER THEY FLOW WITH WIND , ALWAYS IN HURRY & HOT ................ GOOD DAY

We can distinguish between arrogant manager and confident manager as follows:

1 / The arrogant manager he is an arrogant person while the confident manager is modest person. 

2 / Works in bustle and noise - works quietly

3 / No recognise thanks to others - recognise thanks to others

4 / measures himself with others - measures himself with his abilities

5 / His personal interest opposes others interest - his personal interest is not opposes others interests 

6 / Rushing results and wants to reach - not rushing picking pods

7 / Hates criticism - Welcomes criticism

8 / Says I'm better than you - Do not need him to say I'm the best

9 / Resents when others succeed - Rejoices when others succeed

10 / Measures himself with losers capabilities - Measures himself in the light of his abilities

Overall, The arrogant manager trust himself only (I..I) - while The confident manager depends on Allah (trust in God)

Managers who value and encourage others voice, efforts and inputs for learning and development exhibit confidence and inculcate trust to meet common goals.

Arrogant people express their anger for self limitations and restrictions in contributing towards learning, allowing learning and development.

Arrogant manager it is very tough,he knows little about confidently,but confident manager knows what he talks confidently it's like sea and river .Confident manager is calm but arrogant manager always in hurry.

Confident manager always know what he is doing and work with his brain and always allow subordinates to give their views & Arrogant manager will do what he want and never listen to subordinates which leads to bad future and loss for the company.

Confident Manger gives weight age to team and has clear vision to drive, but Arrogant Manager gives weight age to his own views and opinions and impose the same.

By getting smooth and ease flowing informtion from a confident manager,

you 're feeling is up & top !.

From an arrogant manager the information is so heavy like a hammer,

you're feeling is down & flop!.

A communication from a Confident manager is easy to understand for its intentions and meaning, but in the case of an arrogant manager it is very tough and effortful.

Would only say : Arrogance never pays at any position or time or situation in life . So, an arrogant manager will always be a manager who would selfishly act not for the benefit of the company where he/she works . A100 % material oriented person .

Whereas confident manager can turn any tables because he believes in himself or herself & is only work oriented not at all diplomatic & the best part is never successful materialistically but contended because god is with him/her .

To be very sharp, a confident manager mush have solid reasons behind his confidence. For example he should have well thought out plane which make him confident. On the other hand arrogance does not always have solid and reasonable motive behind it, and even if there is any, becoming arrogant on the basis of that will be just nothing.
