People who feel welcome at your place of business are far more likely to return than those who don’t. Beyond that, both satisfied and dissatisfied customers are bound to share their experiences with others, so you always want to strive for the former and encourage word of mouth that will lead to long-term customers vs. drive them away.

Do all your very best to please them and always wear your best smile...be aware of the things you will say and to your moves...keep an eye contact to the person you are talking with.
Very good question:
In my opinion, to make a good first impression you have to do all be basics right. i. e Look presentable, Be confident, Smile, be easy to talk to, Listen and then talk, Show respect and be yourself.
Mr Bhojraj,
My View :
(i) Do you work properly ( Karam ) ;
(ii) Do it with honesty & truth ( saach ki raah pe chaalo ) ;
(iii) Do a good written / verbal contract between the customer & seller, take utmost care as it is your baby ;
(iv) Leave rest to god
Fantastic answers all around, specially from Mr Vinod Jetley!!
