A Huge headache for us lost containers in transshipment points.
I want to create program or excel or access sheet that notify me (Notification e-mail) in each arrival at transshipment to be able to check with shipping line whether it's sailed or not and new vessel details in order to have a strong tracking system that will lead to a customer satisfaction and avoid the lost or forgotten containers.
