Tell me what the employer look at when they open any profile at bayt.com i mean there is a lot of very good educated poeple on this sit been long time.

I think its very difficult for an employer to select or identify the best resource using bayt. I suggest there has to be a checklist box for employee to fill and this would act as a summary matrix where an employer just see and select.2ndly the "specialist" page of bayt is also limited and mostly employee having all required experience could not apply and a message appears "your application will automatically be rejected due to irrelevant experience"
